If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if payment fails, or if we suspect fraud.

Once an order is placed we cannot guarantee changes. Contact us quickly and we will help if the order has not shipped.

Payment

Returns

All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Candles and home fragrance products must be used with care. Follow the safety instructions on the label and in our candle care guide.

Maison Sheeva is not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse of our products.

The Maison Sheeva name, logo, product names, images and website content belong to us and may not be used without our written permission.
